We restrict access to your non-public personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services (i.e., claims administration, adjustment and management; underwriting, policy placement or issuance). Information is shared with entities that assist MHI in supplying products and services on behalf of MHI. We do not sell our members’ non-public personal information. MHI maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safe guards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information. Any person or entity to whom we release information is prohibited by law and/or contract from misusing non-public personal information.

MHI offers direct links to other separate and individual websites that offer information, which could be beneficial to you. Since these direct links are separate websites independent of www.mhinsurance.com, they may not follow the same privacy guidelines set forth here. MHI assumes no responsibility or control over the acts or privacy policies of the third party websites to which MHI provides direct links. We suggest that you contact the appropriate controlling authority of these sites or review their privacy policies.
MHI takes precautions to protect your personal non-public information. When you submit sensitive information to MHI, the information is protected both online and offline.
MHI uses encryption software. When you send information on one of the forms on this site, that information is encrypted. You will know you are on a secure page when the lock icon on your browser appears locked.
While MHI uses encryption software to protect sensitive information online, MHI also protects your information offline. Only employees who need sensitive information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Employees must use password-protected screensavers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must reenter their password to regain access to your information. The servers that store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
